Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents Group

I’m currently offering a virtual support group for adults who grew up with emotionally immature parents and are looking to better understand themselves, their patterns, and their relationships.

Many people who come from these environments learned to prioritize others’ needs, question their own feelings, or take on roles like the “responsible one,” the peacemaker, or the caretaker. While these patterns often helped you adapt growing up, they can show up later as people-pleasing, difficulty with boundaries, anxiety, or challenges in relationships.

This group is a space to begin making sense of those experiences in a supportive and connected way. Together, we’ll explore how your early relationships may be impacting you today, while also building tools to strengthen self-trust, emotional regulation, and more secure ways of relating.

My approach is trauma-informed and somatically oriented, which means we won’t just talk about these patterns—we’ll also work with how they live in your body and nervous system. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.

This group is ideal for you if you:

  • Feel responsible for others’ emotions

  • Struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing

  • Often question your needs, reactions, or worth

  • Want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in relationships
