Relationships can play a huge role in our well-being, and they can also be one of our biggest sources of stress.

Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication issues, a breakup, or patterns that keep showing up in your love life, I help individuals explore their relational dynamics with curiosity and compassion. Together, we work to strengthen boundaries, deepen self-understanding, learn new ways to communicate and recognize needs, and build healthier, more connected relationships—with others and with yourself.

It can be overwhelming to manage it all on your own. But you do not have to!

This group is for you if …

  • You are feeling alone, confused, isolated, and mourning a breakup

  • You experience stress with relationships, platonic or romantic

  • You keep repeating painful patterns in relationships

  • You want to heal old wounds
