Adolescence can be a time of significant emotional, social, and developmental change. Therapy offers teens a space to explore what they’re experiencing in a way that feels supportive and non-judgmental.

My approach

I take a relational and developmentally attuned approach, integrating somatic therapy, EMDR, and parts work to support emotional regulation and resilience.

I also collaborate with parents when appropriate, while maintaining a space where teens can feel safe to be themselves.
