Does this sound familiar?

  • You find yourself repeating similar patterns in relationships

  • You feel anxious, unsure, or preoccupied in connection with others

  • You struggle to set boundaries or express your needs

  • You feel deeply affected by conflict or distance

  • You fear being too much, or not enough

  • You notice a push-pull between wanting closeness and needing space

Understanding attachment patterns

Our early relationships help shape how we experience connection, safety, and closeness. These patterns—often referred to as attachment patterns—can continue to show up in adult relationships, even when we want things to feel different.

These responses are not flaws, but adaptations that developed for a reason.

How therapy can help

Therapy offers a space to slow down and begin to understand your patterns with more clarity and compassion.

In our work together, you can:

  • recognize and shift relationship patterns

  • build more secure and stable connections

  • feel more confident expressing your needs

  • develop healthier boundaries

  • feel more grounded in yourself within relationships

A somatic and relational approach

Relationship patterns are not only cognitive—they are also held in the nervous system and body.

I integrate Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and parts work to support change on a deeper level, helping you move beyond insight into new ways of feeling and relating.

Who I work with

I especially enjoy working with:

  • people who identify as people-pleasers

  • individuals navigating relational trauma

  • those healing from emotionally immature or inconsistent caregiving

  • clients wanting deeper, more secure connections
