Anxiety can show up in so many ways—racing thoughts, constant worry, physical tension, or a sense that you're always "on." I understand how overwhelming the experience can be and how quickly it can start to spiral.

I really enjoy helping you manage anxiety versus it managing you. Talk-therapy is a great resource for anxiety and sometimes it feels like it is not enough. My approach combines talk-therapy and Somatic therapies. The integration of the Somatic therapies help you to get the results you are looking for and to no feel defined by anxiety.

I work with clients to explore the roots of their anxiety while building practical tools for relief. My approach combines talk therapy with body-based practices like Somatic Experiencing and parts work, helping you reconnect with safety, calm, and clarity. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, understand your nervous system, and shift patterns that keep you stuck in fear or overwhelm.
